The Istanbul Seminars will take place in Istanbul Bilgi University SantralIstanbul campus, located in the Silahtarağa neighborhood at the upper end of Golden Horn Mah. Kazım Karabekir Cad. No: 1 34060 Eyüp / Istanbul
Istanbul Bilgi University (watch video presentation) is a private, non-profit university. It was established on June 7, 1996 and today, with its 4 faculties, 2 institutions, 28 undergraduate, 20 graduate programs, and a vocational school, it is one of the leading universities of Turkey. Bilgi’s motto is "non scholae sed vitae discimus".
The SantralIstanbul campus is located in the Silahtarağa Santral – Turkey’s first electric power station. In May 2004 the Energy and Natural Resources Ministry turned Silahtarağa Santral over to Istanbul Bilgi University and today the new campus hosts the university art and science departments, a contemporary arts museum, and a state-of-the-art library open to the public.

Transportation
Besides the city buses and transportation, the SantralIstanbul campus is reached by the university shuttle service, that connects the city with the university facilities.
Bus station Taksim Square (City Center)- Atatürk Cultural Center – next to hotel Marmara is leaving every half hour to Bilgi University Santralistanbul
( be aware that it stops also at the other campus Dolapere)

Cafeterias and Restaurants
Istanbul Bilgi University operates several facilities for the convenience of the students and staff on its campuses. The university cafeterias are popular and lively meeting places for both a relaxing meal and a social get-together with friends.

Restaurant Tamrine is also a cafe and performance space in old water pump station
Your Travel and Over-Night Accomodation
The Istanbul Seminars are organized without the financial support of other institutions. Speakers and participants are expected to raise funds for themselves to cover their travel costs. Round Table Speakers will be provided with accomodation at Bilgi Guest House appartments. All the other participants are asked to make arrangements for their own lodging, though we will be happy to assist them with any additional information they might need.

Only students who have followed the entire Seminars will receive certificate of attendance.
If you are a student or if you want to actively participate in the Seminars discussions and meetings please download the form and enroll. You can do it by sending the form via email to reset.dialogues@reset.it or via fax to the following number: +39 06 68807262.
ATTENTION: The possibility of enrollment at the Istanbul Seminars ends on May 25.
The registration takes place at Istanbul Bilgi University on Saturday May 30th., before the beginning of the lectures. You will have to pay a 5 € fee and we will provide you with a personal badge. At the end of the conference, Bilgi University will issue a certificate declaring your participation at the Istanbul Seminars.
