This autumn, Resetdoc’s debates on cultural pluralism, minorities, differences and democracy, with top thinkers and international scholars, will take place once again in Milan, every two weeks starting on the 31st October. This cycle of the “Plural World” project will be introduced with a lectio magistralis held by the French sociologist Alain Touraine and we will discuss: Living Together with Differences. What does Toleration Mean? (with Susan Mendus, University of York), Violence in Words and Images. Is Blasphemy a Critique of Religions? (with Nilüfer Göle, EHESS Paris), Visibility of Places of Worship. Religious Practices and Urban Space (with Simona Malvezzi and Wilfried Kuehn, architects), Foreigners in the Classroom. Cultural Pluralism at School (with Davide Zoletto, University of Udine). Click here for more information and a detailed program (Italian)
